Beyond managing payroll, compliance, and taxes, we integrate financial tools to maximise the value of every work payment, worldwide.We are expanding our global team and looking for aPayroll Specialistto bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.Would you like to take on a new challenge in the field offinancein a successful, fast-growing global start-up?Location:RemoteSalary Range:FlexibleKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countriesPrepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reportsCheck payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countriesFollow up payroll inputs from various sourceControl employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant countryPreparing payroll backup for the invoicing processesBeing open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processesCorrespondence with local accountantsMaintain and develop professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications & RequirementsProfessional background: Minimum 2 years of relevant Spanish payroll experience (global payroll exposure is a plus). Knowledge of payroll best practices.Education: Knowledge of economics, accounting and other financial concepts.Technical skills:
