Your Impact As an Associate Legal Counsel at Deliverect,



you will play a pivotal role in driving our global business forward by partnering closely with strategic commercial, product, and corporate teams. Operating from our Madrid office, you will handle high-impact commercial negotiations, champion data privacy compliance, and safeguard our corporate governance across global entities. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Madrid, Spain office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (50%): Partner with commercial and partnership teams to structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements—including API agreements, terms of service, master service agreements, and referral/reseller agreements to drive global revenue growth.
Lead privacy and compliance initiatives (15%): Advise on GDPR and global privacy matters, draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with customers and partners,
