Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Cloud Infrastructure Security function at N26, shaping the security roadmap in collaboration with product and engineering leadership. You design and deploy cloud-native security controls across AWS, CI/CD, and container environments to raise security maturity and protect customer data. You will perform threat modeling, monitor vulnerabilities, and drive incident response initiatives with cross-functional teams. - Drive the Cloud Infrastructure Security function roadmap with Product Manager, Tech Lead and Engineering Manager
- Define and execute initiatives to proactively mitigate security threats in AWS infrastructure and improve security maturity
- Design, deploy and maintain cloud-native security solutions with data protection, threat detection, automation, and remediation
- Conduct threat modeling sessions and align mitigations with stakeholders
- Monitor vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with teams to mitigate risk
- Define pentesting scope and scenarios
- Develop and maintain clear security documentation and guidance
- Provide first-class service to stakeholders via the support portal

- Cloud data security practices across cloud environments
- Experience deploying and customizing security tools (CSPM/CNAPP, vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, KSPM, container runtime security)
- Automation proficiency with CI/CD and Terraform
- Hands-on cloud deployment skills (VMs, containers, Kubernetes, serverless, IaC)
- Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience with ethical hacking and penetration testing
