Job Description YOUR MISSION You'll lead the commercial engine behind two of the most strategic growth levers in our biggest market at Glovo (Spain): Promos and Partner Advertising. You'll work hand in hand with local teams across Spain, turning strategy into results, and coaching Account Managers to become sharper commercial operators along the way.
THE JOURNEY Build and lead the Partner Ads growth plan for the country, setting targets and driving performance market by market.
Partner with each local Account Management team to hit revenue and adoption targets, providing hands-on coaching and strategic guidance.
Use data and market trends to spot opportunities to improve campaign performance, and adjust live campaigns to boost advertiser ROAS.
Grow the advertiser pool by sharpening our sales pitch, tools, and outbound funnel - from prospecting to campaign launch and optimization.
Lead the go-to-market for new Partner Ads features and products, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and local teams.
Negotiate directly with key accounts, representing the region in cross-functional and general initiatives.
Qualifications 5+ years in digital advertising sales, revenue ops, sales ops or key account management, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Experience selling performance-based advertising across different models.
Sharp analytical skills and fluency in digital ad metrics; you make decisions with data.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
