Please note this role is based in Spain with a must requirement of speaking German fluently. Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions, ensuring clients extract maximum value from our POS products, modules, and integrations.
Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long‑term partnerships and proactively supporting client success.
Deliver compelling product demos and support adoption, ensuring clients fully utilise Lightspeed’s suite of tools.
Monitor and analyse account performance, tracking metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Net Retention Rate (NRR), customer health, and engagement.
Contribute to and execute sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and increasing Lightspeed’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
