It connects operational tools to a proprietary Data Warehouse and turns the data into dashboards, real-time financial KPIs, and AI assistants for interacting with business information.Задачи- Lead business requirements gathering and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process models; - Identify clients’ analytical needs; - Design and audit business rules for key metrics, including EBITDA, sales margin, COGS, average ticket, labor productivity, and inventory; - Analyze clients’ source systems, including POS/TPV, accounting ERPs, and shift management tools, to guide data standardization; - Validate dashboards, data models, and AI chat responses before production deployment; - Conduct discovery and follow-up sessions with clients and key stakeholders; - Prioritize needs and refine the analytical backlog; - Propose continuous improvements to dashboard structures, functional documentation, and workflows between clients and the technical team.Требования- 1-3 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or Business/BI Consulting; - Degree in Business Administration, Economics,
