Responsibilities- Lead the engagement to understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.- Conduct workshops with large and medium general/local organizations to analyze requirements for accounting, procurement‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, banking and settlements, business assets, and financial reporting.- Design, prototype, configure, test, and deliver the Workday platform while representing the "voice of the customer" and keeping end‑user needs central in design and deployment decisions.- Provide status reports, keep the Engagement Manager informed of overall project status, and ensure delivery of assigned work.- Offer subject‑matter expertise on key business process decisions related to industry and functional areas.- Support Workday operations by suggesting monitoring, recommending best practices, identifying improvement metrics, and enforcing data and process standards.- Actively contribute to the Workday Community, share expertise, request enhancements,



and participate in user groups.Qualifications- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (MBA desirable).- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow).- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and consultative skills.- Ability to work creatively and analytically, prioritizing problem solving.- Constant desire to acquire knowledge and enthusiasm for teamwork.- Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).- Experience in Workday implementation is preferred but entry‑level candidates are welcome.Location / TravelMadrid, Spain.
