You will be responsible of ensuring and maximizing the customer satisfaction with Sysmex product lines.What will you do?Ensureexceptional customer supportfor all Sysmex products and solutions in your assigned geographical area.Attend customer visits to performcorrective interventions, ensuring thereliable performanceof our installed base.Executeinstallations, managewarranty services, and carry outpreventive and corrective maintenance.Report back onfield quality issues, contributing to continuous improvement and product reliability.Monitor and maintain theperformance and accuracyof installations, detecting and solving system errors efficiently.Keep physicians and lab personnel informed about proper system operation, ensuringhigh-quality diagnostics.Deliverbasic technical trainingto users post-installation, enabling smooth onboarding and confident usage.Provide on-site support toSales and Marketing teamsduring congresses,
