- Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.- Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision‑makers.- Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.- Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.- Co‑ordinate access and onboarding processes for partners and customers.Requirements- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field.- Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments.- Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access,
