Responsibilities- Assists with the screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification.- Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing local-based candidate expertise and short-term career potential to match specific client needs, including temporary and order-based staffing requests.- Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders.- Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and adjusts approaches accordingly to attract blue-collar candidates.- Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence.- Develops relationships with blue-collar candidates,
