Working closely with the CEO and COO, you'll be instrumental in shaping our technology strategy, overseeing infrastructure, nurturing technical talent, and driving innovation.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a visionary e-commerce technology roadmap, collaborating closely with the leadership team to align IT goals with broader business objectives.Drive competitive advantage by evaluating emerging technologies, tracking market trends, and adopting industry best practices.Design, deploy, and manage high-performing technical infrastructure across e-commerce frontend, backend, and native apps.Guarantee maximum uptime, security, and site reliability through fast issue resolution and proactive prevention.Recruit, mentor, and oversee high-performing tech teams, with a specialized focus on Ruby on Rails and React.Foster a collaborative, highly motivated environment that drives continuous learning based on individual strengths.Define and analyze technical and operational KPIs for our e-commerce platforms,
