Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and execute B2B marketing communications programs to drive business growth and strengthen ABB's market presence in Spain. You will work with global, regional, and local stakeholders to implement integrated campaigns across channels, focusing on lead generation and a customer-centric journey. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, contributing to the Energy Industries Division’s goals while aligning with ABB's brand standards. - Design and execute integrated marketing communication plans to drive growth and measurable results
- Drive lead generation via advertising, digital, social media, and web-centric campaigns
- Build relationships with trade media, customers, and industry associations; create multi-channel content
- Plan and run events and exhibitions, from brand experiences to follow-up activities
- Develop creative concepts aligned with ABB brand guidelines and collaborate with partners
- Create and localize marketing assets (sales tools, digital content,

- Support internal communications to boost employee engagement and culture

- Degree in marketing u0026 communications, digital marketing or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications
- Experience in event management and media relations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and KPIs
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a matrix/remote environment
- Native-level Spanish and fluency in English
