Responsibilities- Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, settlement, and confirmations.- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution.- Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities.- Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks.- Contribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards,



and internal control processes across trading operations.Requirements- Experience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector.- Strong understanding of energy and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management.- Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speakadditional European languages.- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills.- Good project management and IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM and SAP systems.- Open to innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration in a fast-changing environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
