MISSION:being responsible for installing, erecting, and preparing wind turbine tower components according to engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves handling large concrete structures, operating assembly tools and equipment, and ensuring that tower sections meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment.Your TasksVerticalize concrete structures to perform tower sectionsPreparing and pouring mortar into the joints of the concrete structuresErect concrete tower sections according to work instructions. Support material handling and movement of tower sections using cranes and lifting equipmentInstall internal tower components, including platforms, ladders, electric supports, service lift (where applicable)Perform alignment, fitting, bolting, and torquing operationsOperate hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, and lifting devices safelyConduct visual inspections and report defects, non-conformities,



or deviationsFollow quality control procedures and complete production documentationComply with all health, safety, environmental, and company regulationsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and qualityYour ProfileTechnical qualification in Occupational Risk Prevention (working at heights, CAE, and assembly)Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial assembly, precast concrete, or the wind energy sectorAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and use torque toolsExperience in heavy structure assembly and quality controlAvailability to work on-site, including at heightsDriving licenceExperience in wind turbine towers (especially concrete or hybrid) is a plusCertifications such as forklift or rigging or GWO are a plusProactive, results-driven profile with strong teamwork skills
