You will align delivery with corporate goals, manage dependencies, and drive governance and continuous improvement. You will personally lead 1–2 high-impact projects while fostering cross-functional collaboration. - Lead and develop a dedicated team of IT Project Managers, ensuring successful delivery and growth
- Drive business value by aligning project outcomes with strategic goals and optimize delivery processes
- Facilitate cross-team resource allocation and manage dependencies between IT, business units, and product stakeholders
- Standardize and evolve project management methodologies, processes, and KPIs across the department
- Partner with Transformation Director on strategic initiatives, portfolio health reporting, and organizational improvement opportunities




- Act as senior escalation point for project stakeholders and ensure effective governance and sponsor engagement
- Contribute to organizational learning by sharing best practices and evolving the context of the company
- Lead 1–2 high-stakes, strategic technology projects as a hands-on exemplar of PM excellenceResponsabilidades
- At least 10+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects
- Direct management experience leading and developing a team of project managers
- Strategic oversight ability to manage a portfolio of projects and drive change management
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive leadership style
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- High energy level and an outspoken, proactive leadership approach
