Someone ready to become an application owner.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze quality metrics (defects, coverage, flakiness, MTTR, pipelines) and detect relevant patterns.Create clear and actionable dashboards in Power BI with practical insights for IT and the quality community.Build storytelling based on metrics to understand the impact of quality and efficiency.Translate findings into recommendations and concrete actions to improve quality processes and llaborate with functional QA, seniors, and service management to contextualize results.Identify new metrics based on findings and efficiency needs.Support the construction of clear and measurable ROIs for quality initiatives.LocationWorking under a Hybrid Model, you’ll work from home and at ourAlicanteoffices.Candidate profile & QualificationsWe look for a high potential / top performer who combines great time management skills and an analytical mindset.
