Experteer Overview In this Manager role you will lead an international engineering team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying ML, vision, and Generative AI systems in production. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into Multiverse’s products, including quantum-enabled and AI-driven platforms. You will drive technical direction, project delivery, and customer-aligned solutions for complex industry challenges. - Lead an international engineering team to deliver cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for top-tier clients
- Define the technical direction of complex projects and ensure solution quality
- Manage end-to-end technical projects from scope to delivery, including planning and risk assessment
- Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
- Monitor performance and ensure high-quality solution delivery
- Create and maintain project documentation and status reporting
- Foster clear communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management




- Coordinate cross-project initiatives with other managers and leaders
- Understand customer tactical goals and contribute to business solution developmentResponsabilidades
- Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- 2+ years of successful project management leading engineering teams
- 3+ years hands-on experience with data science, Generative AI, deep learning or software engineering in an industrial environment
- Proven design and deployment experience of ML/AI systems including RAG and Agentic AI; cloud production deployments
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, alignment, pruning or model compression techniques
- Excellent Python, Docker and Git skills; GitHub/GitLab workflows
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
