Experteer Overview In this role you lead the planning and delivery of technology projects across WebBeds’ booking platforms. You will coordinate IT, business, vendor, and support teams to deliver outcomes, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed. You guide project delivery from planning through implementation while mitigating risks and maintaining budget discipline. You collaborate with engineers and product teams to resolve cross-functional blockers and support successful releases. You will act as a bridge to senior stakeholders and drive continuous PM practice improvements.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Project delivery from planning to implementation with defined scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Stakeholder alignment across IT, business, and external vendors
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and resource plans
- Identify risks/issues early and define mitigation plans
- Lead regular project/technical meetings to clarify requirements and decisions
- Coordinate releases, production fixes, and post-launch support
- Prepare presentations and status updates for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners,



and system engineers to remove impediments
- Manage third-party relationships and procurement inputs for delivery
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practicesResponsabilidades
- At least 3 years of IT project management experience delivering for business stakeholders and external vendors
- At least 3 years of IT operations management experience ensuring reliable IT systems and infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (IT/Computer Science)
- Professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field is desirable
- Strong understanding of technology project delivery and operational environments
- Experience delivering large-scale technology projects, preferably in travel, B2B travel, or ancillary services
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain delivery focus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
