Experteer Overview
In this role you will guide strategic priorities for Supply Chain within BCG Vantage, shaping value-driven delivery across case work and initiatives. You will lead a team of supply chain experts, drive vision and capability development, and contribute to commercial campaigns and external thought leadership. You may participate in global initiatives and career development decisions, influencing growth and transformation across the firm. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate client outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain; or 10+ years in industry (14+ preferred)
• 5+ years of team leadership experience (line management preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Specialization in relevant Supply Chain topics
• Foundational AI knowledge for designing/deploying agents and workflows
• Fluency in English; Spanish, German or French a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
