MissionLead the industrialization activities throughout the Offer Creation Process ensuring manufacturing processes and supply chain readiness to achieve time-to-market, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Coordinate industrialization teams and factories to successfully launch new products and secure performance during ramp-up.




Key Responsibilities
- Propose and evaluate industrial scenarios aligned with industrial strategy.
- Define and monitor project KPIs, including investments, product cost, expenses, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Prepare and manage the industrialization project plan and milestones.
- Ensure project time-to-market objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate industrialization activities from Opening Gate to Sell Gate with project and factory teams.
- Actively contribute to project governance and decision-making.
- Support factories during production start-up and ramp-up phases.
- Monitor cost, quality, and efficiency performance during the first year of production.

Skills & Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing processes, quality, or new product introduction.
- Strong project management and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Experience leading cross‑functi
