ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

The Renewal (RW) field sales team builds and strengthens long‑term partnerships with local wedding vendors in the Venue and Catering segment across Spain.



The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager RW field team is to drive retention and growth of the existing client portfolio through successful management and development of their team. This position ensures the team is optimized and meets renewal productivity, revenue retention, and account expansion goals. The team size will be between 6 and 8 people.

- Be responsible for the day‑to‑day line management of the national team of 6 to 8 sales representatives, with overall management support from the Sales Executive Manager.
- Manage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct retention and revenue growth outputs.
- Lead a team focused on managing a high volume of existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, renewal execution, and account expansion opportunities.
