Client:A leading data management organizationResponsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for the customer with regards to services & projectsIdentifying and tracking consultant and subcontractor availabilityProviding real-time Project Management and reporting on all assigned projectsProviding ongoing engagement direction to internal delivery resources and subcontractorsProviding the revenue and cost forecast for the project assignedEnsure the project is delivered aligned with the scope of work, and its financialsProviding revenues and costs waterfall figures for the projects assignedProvide a proper closure of project to customers and internal teamsEnsure risks and issues are addressed in a timely manner and with a proper plan in placeMonitoring and reporting Customer SatisfactionEnsuring consistent internal Consultant utilization, according to targetsWork in conjunction with the technical delivery team for assigning the right resource at the right time aligned with the scope of workQualifications & Skills:Prince2/PMP or equivalent certificationExpert knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of other project management toolsAbility to learn best practices seen in the PM industry and implement those best practices into their day-to-day activitiesManagement of customer, including a level of commercial responsibility and scope controlDefinition and ownership of the delivery methodology for the projectAbility to adapt to new and varied situationsEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with other members of the Consulting Services Organization, Technical Services,
