Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support businesses with their international expansion.Business Development Consultant, the role:- Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.- Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and identify suitable services.- Manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to contract completion.- Build,



maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline aligned to individual revenue targets.- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell AVASK services to maximise client value.- Accurately record and manage all opportunities and client interactions within the CRM system.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.- Keep up to date with industry developments and AVASK service offerings to provide informed recommendations.Business Development Consultant, the person:- Previous experience in a sales, business development, customer service or client-facing role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with prospective clients.- Commercially aware with an understanding of sales principles and pipeline management.- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn, develop and grow within a successful business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
