You will be the bridge betweenEngineering, QA, and Dev Opsteams, helping them leverage AI tools, modern practices, and automation to boost productivity, quality, and developer experience.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Proven experience withAI-assisted software engineering workflows(e.G. Git Hub Copilot, Chat GPT, Codeium or similar) andmodern development tooling.Experience working withdistributed digital platformsandenterprise integration ecosystems.Hands‑on experience withfrontend/backend technologies, APIs, cloud‑native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD practices.Strongcollaboration and communication skillsin distributed engineering organizations (remote, multicultural, multi‑vendor teams).Ability totrain, coach, and support teamsadopting new engineering practices, tools,
