Job Description IT Desktop SupportLocation:* Madrid, SpainSite Address:* Avenida de la Industria 35, 28760 Tres Cantos, Madrid, SpainPosition:* EUC L1 Support EngineerContract Duration:* Minimum 1 Year (Extendable)Contract Type: B2BSalary: 2700 - 2900 Euros Per month With Inclusive No other benefits providedSchedule:* Monday – Friday (Business Days & Business Hours)Start Date:* August 2026Languages Required:* English & SpanishJob Description – EUC L1 / Desktop Support Engineer* Provide first-level onsite IT support to end users.* Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.* Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and resolve user issues.* Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of IT equipment.* Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.* Perform user account support including password resets and access issues.* Support Active Directory user administration and basic Azure AD tasks.* Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and basic network issues.* Perform device imaging, software installation, and application troubleshooting.* Support endpoint devices using SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.* Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.* Assist with laptop/Desktop deployment, onboarding,



and hardware refresh activities.* Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.* Provide remote assistance and coordinate with general IT teams for escalations.* Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.* Provide professional customer service and clear communication with end users.Required Skills* 3+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support.* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.* Experience with Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and IT ticketing tools.* Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.* Fluency in *Spanish and English* is mandatory.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: 2,700.00€ - 2,900.00€ per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Madrid provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):- What is your Visa status and Nationality ?- What is your Notice period if Selected ?Experience:- Desktop Support : 3 years (Required)Language:- English and Spanish Professional (Required)License/Certification:- Work Permit (Required)Location:- Madrid provincia (Required)Work Location: In person
