This role drives the efficiency of our local digital tools of our Sales and Finance teams in Iberia, ensuring both office staff (KAMs) and field representatives have the powerful local tools they need to succeed. You will be the go-to partner for solving operational challenges and evolving our digital capabilities, leading the charge on high-impact initiatives like image recognition of our products on shelves or bringing better accuracy to our volume forecasts working together with our providers.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Tool Leadership (Volume Forecasting & Trade): Guarantee the smooth, uninterrupted operation of our local Volume Forecasting and Trade Expenditure platforms. You will lead regular alignment meetings with external providers to ensure systems remain up-to-date and take full ownership of escalating and resolving critical technical issues.
- System Ownership (SPOC):
Act as the Subject Matter Expert and Single Point of Contact for these critical digital ecosystems, serving as the strategic bridge between our sales/finance teams and technical vendors.
- Field Force Optimization: Empower our sales representatives by ensuring their tools are fuelled with up-to-the-minute product databases and optimized for route-to-market efficiency, directly impacting their daily success.
- Innovation & Image Recognition: Lead the deployment and continuous refinement of our renovated Image Recognition project, transforming how we capture and analyse execution data at the point of sale.
- Capability Building: Champion digital adoption by designing and delivering engaging training sessions for both new hires and current associates to ensure they get the most out of our toolset.
- User Experience Enhancement: Proactively analyze user feedback and system usage to identify "quality of life" improvements that reduce friction for our commercial teams.
