Base pay range: €33k basic, €44.5k with OTE/Commission.

Sector: FMCG / Tech. A tech enterprise, now an institution across Europe and Asia, looking for bilingual candidates fluent in German to target the DACH region, operating from the Barcelona office.

Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, employing a consultative approach as the face of the company’s prestigious brand. Autonomy provided to decide own progression based on strengths and interests.

Role Responsibilities

- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client.




- Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to capitalize opportunities.
- Regularly speak to prospects by phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company’s value proposition.
- Implement marketing and category initiatives across the customer base.
- Manage and monitor sales performance throughout the assigned territory.
- Attend regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation, while adhering to company ethos.

Qualifications

- Full bi‑lingual fluency in English and German.
