Experteer Overview
As General HR Projects Manager, you steer strategic HR initiatives across the Service Division, Electrification. You collaborate with regional and global partners to design, implement, and measure impactful HR programs that boost organizational effectiveness. You’ll manage programs across regions, drive early-talent and learning initiatives, and proactively address risks. This role offers the chance to influence senior leadership and shape HR processes in a global, matrix environment.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experience, including project management expertise
• Proven experience managing talent programs, internships/trainee initiatives, or HR transformation projects in international companies
• Strong end-to-end process thinking and project management proficiency
• Ability to network with and influence senior leaders; comfortable presenting to executives
• Excellent communication with a customer-service orientation; self-driven, resilient, energetic, inclusive leadership
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations across multiple regions
• Fluent in English
