Experteer Overview As a Junior People Business Partner in Valencia, you will support Spain-based leaders with day-to-day people matters, helping to shape a high-performing culture. You’ll work across employee relations, performance and change projects while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international context. The role offers progression toward broader Iberian HR scope and exposure to enterprise-level initiatives. - Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters
- Assist with organizational change, restructures and business transformation

- Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering
- Strong understanding of Spanish employment legislation
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
- Experience advising managers on people matters
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities
