Job DescriptionYou will join a large-scale international ERP transformation program focused on migrating legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control.What you will do- Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout- Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, business, integrators)- Ensure alignment between general and local stakeholders- Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones- Manage reporting to senior stakeholders- Support integration and migration processesQualificationsRequired:- +5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs- Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations- Proven experience in governance, cost control,
