Your career in a new light.We are looking for a dedicated Product Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Barcelona.Your jobDevelopment and construction of new lighting systems by using 2 D and 3 D design programsDetailed engineering of luminaires up to the final transmission into serial manufacturingCreation of construction drawings, parts lists and working schedulesAnswering technical questions of other departments such as production and final assemblySupporting the production of prototypes, the preparation of assembly instructions as well as product documentationQualifications and SkillsSuccessfully completed (higher) technical education in the field of Product Engineeringmin. 2 years work experience in a similar position in mechanical engineeringGood knowledge of 3 D-CAD design programs, Solid Edge will be a bonusKnowledge of design for manufacturing of different processes such as plastic injection, die-casting, machining, 3 D printing, sheet metal etc.Good knowledge of English and SpanishCreative in and passionate about solving technical problemsEnthusiastic about architecture, design and lighting techniqueSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyNote: We can only accept applications written in English.
