Remote work: 1 day per week possible.Muxonis a small, globally active recruitment agency and is conducting this search on behalf of our partner, a leading precision motion-control and medical-technology components company that designs servo drives, encoders and integrated motion subsystems for robotics, medical devices and advanced industrial OEMs. We are seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide technical leadership for customer applications across Europe.Provide expert pre- and post-sales technical support and system-level guidance to OEM customers to accelerate design-in and reduce time-to-market.▪ Support territory managers on customer visits, design reviews and technical negotiations.▪ Develop and deliver technical trainings, demos and sales enablement materials for customers, distributors and colleagues.▪ Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications,



Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in applications, design, or field engineering roles involving motion control hardware (e.G., Fluent English (written and spoken).▪ Availability to work on-site at the Barcelona office, located in 22@Tech District, when not traveling.▪ Direct impact on customer design wins through hands-on collaboration with leading industrial and medical OEMs.▪ Exposure to state-of-the-art motion control technologies across robotics, industrial automation, and medical technology.▪ Agile decision-making processes combining the resources of a integral organization with the mindset of a mid-sized company.▪ Varied, customer-facing role with approximately 50% travel across Central Europe, working closely with top-tier industrial clients.
