Key Responsibilities- Play a critical delivery role in our data‑driven culture, supporting the Business Banking Digital Sales portfolio.- Generate and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.- Design, execute and optimize data‑driven campaigns and customer journeys across touchpoints (web, app, closed web, SEA/Display, e‑mail).- Collaborate closely with Marketing and other stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.- Participate in an agile, multidisciplinary squad focused on boosting digital sales and services.- Translate business and information needs into analytical approaches, prioritise requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.- Analyse and interpret campaign results using Adobe and other reporting tools, and communicate recommendations using both analytical and business language.- Champion an experimental mindset to keep the bank ahead in personalized digital marketing.- Explore and benchmark industry best practices in customer experience and digital activation.Qualifications- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience,
