Join us, the future is ours to shape!As Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Lead you'll lead the end-to-end IBP process for a platform group, ensuring integration across planning forums, alignment between functions, and clear, decision-ready inputs into Platform and Corporate S&OP.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end integration across IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP)Ensure cross-functional alignment between commercial, supply chain and financeStructure platform-level trade-offs, risks and scenariosEnsure decision readiness for Platform and Corporate S&OPAct as primary interface to senior stakeholders across functions and regionsResolve cross-functional conflicts and misalignmentsEnsure consistency across platforms (in collaboration with other IBP leads)Guide and coach Platform IBP ManagersQualifications10–15+ years in commercial, finance or integrated planning rolesStrong experience in IBP / S&OP leadership rolesProven experience in the biosimilars market,
