Experteer Overview In this role you drive digital transformation programs for Google for Education in Spain, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to accelerate adoption of education technology. You will set program direction, define roadmaps, and manage risks in a fast-changing, regulatory-aware environment. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and PD to deliver scalable impact for schools and public sector institutions. - Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives to drive technology awareness and usage at scale

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology, or technology adoption initiatives
- Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating with executive stakeholders
