You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.Key responsibilitiesAnalyze client and project profitability, monitoring margins and identifying risks and opportunitiesSupport revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accrualsLead revenue and margin forecasting,



as well as variance analysisContribute to budgeting and financial planning processesPartner with Client Services and Operations teams to support commercial decision-makingProvide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and project structuresSupport month‑end close, reporting, and ensure data accuracyCoordinate with Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting topics (AP, AR, etc.)Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and tracking toolsSupport financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiativesSkills & experience4–6 years of experience in finance (audit, FP&A, or controlling)Strong analytical skills and commercial mindsetAdvanced Excel skillsComfortable working with data and financial modelingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in project-based environments is a plus
