Your missionsIn this position, you will get a unique overview of the key Employer Branding topics, being in charge of internal and external communication for our different brands and ensuring seamless coordination.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media content: Create engaging posts for external audiences across platforms like Linked In, Instagram and You Tube highlighting our people. You’ll ensure the content is vibrant and aligns with the company’s values to attract top talent.Create and update corporate materials: Support the creation of high-quality content such as presentations, communication templates, and brand videos that reflect Mantu's identity and values.Trend analysis: Research and monitor trends in employer branding, both within and outside the company, to stay ahead of industry changes and ensure Mantu's brand stays relevant and llaborate across teams: Work alongside various departments to support cross-functional initiatives, gaining a comprehensive understanding of marketing, communication, recruitment and HR challenges and best practices.ProfileAcademic background: Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, and Branding.
