I SHIFT SCI Solution Delivery SCI TM/IM Leadi SHIFT is Sanofi's strategic enterprise transformation program, deploying SAP S/4 HANA (including MDG – Master Data Governance) across the integral organization. Through a "shift left" approach and SAP MVP delivery methodology, i SHIFT is accelerating rollouts across regions and countries — reducing project lifecycle by up to 50% while ensuring quality and adoption.The i SHIFT program mobilizes cross-functional teams across Digital, Finance, M&S, Business Operations, BPOs, and external partners to deliver a unified, future-ready ERP platform for Sanofi worldwide.Job SummaryAs the i SHIFT SCI Solution Delivery SCI TM/IM Lead, you will be the functional and technical owner of the Supply Chain Integration (SCI) workstream, with a specific focus on SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Inventory Management (IM) modules. You will drive end-to-end solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement of TM/IM capabilities within the i SHIFT program, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global CORE model.Sitting within the Digital Delivery & Operations / i SHIFT Enablement team, you will work in close collaboration with i SHIFT program leaders, Supply Chain BPOs, the Supply Chain Coalition, and key i SHIFT stakeholders.This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of supply chain operations and digital transformation — for someone who thrives in complex, global, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering solutions that matter.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & DeliveryLead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of SAP TM and IM solutions within the i SHIFT program, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's global CORE modelTranslate business requirements from Supply Chain BPOs and process owners into robust, scalable SAP TM/IM functional specificationsDrive solution architecture decisions for transportation planning, freight order management, inventory movements, goods receipt/issue, and stock management processesEnsure integration consistency between TM/IM and adjacent modules (EM, P2 R, ICO, EWM, MM, SD, FI/CO) within the S/4 HANA landscapeTM/IM Module OwnershipAct as the functional owner of SAP TM and IM modules within the i SHIFT program, maintaining deep expertise in configuration, process flows, and best practicesDefine and govern the TM/IM CORE model,
ensuring standardization and harmonization across all rollout countries and regionsManage the TM/IM solution backlog, prioritizing enhancements and fixes in collaboration with BPOs and Digital teamsOversee master data requirements related to TM/IMRollout & Go-Live SupportLead TM/IM solution delivery activities across multi-country i SHIFT rollouts, from blueprint through go-liveApply the i SHIFT methodology — driving CORE model adoption and country preparation to accelerate deployment timelinesCoordinate fit-gap analysis, solution demos, and MVP showcases for new countries and regionsManage go-live readiness activities including cutover planning, data migration validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for TM/IM scopeProvide hands-on hypercare support during and after go-live, ensuring business continuity and rapid issue resolutionStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain BPOs, process owners, country teams, Finance, M&S, and Business Operations stakeholdersCollaborate closely with the Supply Chain Coalition and i SHIFT program leadership to align on priorities, timelines, and delivery commitmentsEngage with external system integrators and implementation partners, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to Sanofi standardsCommunicate solution design decisions, risks, and Progress clearly to both technical and business audiences at all levelsCore Model GovernanceEnsure TM/IM process designs adhere to i SHIFT CORE model principles, preventing unnecessary customizations and protecting solution integrityParticipate in CORE model governance forums, contributing to design decisions and change control processesDocument and maintain TM/IM solution design artifacts, functional specifications, and process documentationChampion standardization and harmonization across all i SHIFT deployments, balancing global consistency with local statutory requirementsHypercare & AMS SupportDefine and oversee the transition from project delivery to Application Management Services (AMS) for TM/IM scopeEstablish SLA frameworks and support models for post-go-live TM/IM operationsCollaborate with AMS teams to ensure knowledge transfer, runbook documentation,
and incident resolution capabilities are in placeMonitor post-go-live KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize TM/IM solution performanceTeam LeadershipLead and mentor a team of SAP TM/IM functional consultants and analysts across the i SHIFT programFoster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Sanofi's valuesCoordinate with workstream leads across SCI (and other i SHIFT streams) to ensure end-to-end process coherenceSupport capability building within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional developmentAbout youEducational BackgroundUniversity master degree or Ph D in economics, engineering, computer science or comparableProfessional Experience10+ years of SAP ExperienceAt least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (all phases)Mastering SAP design and customizing for modules related to Supply Chain Integration Modules (TM, IM, EM, ICO, P2 P, P2 R) preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industryUnderstands and performs SAP system configuration as expert in SCIExperience and advance knowledge in the analysis and design of SCI business processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical or similar industriesKnowledge of other SAP functional domains as advantageExperience with Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, interfacing SAP with Legacy applications and program debugOperational experience in Domain area would be appreciatedProven experience working in major IT consulting firms as stream lead or functional expertExperience of SAP projects in complex and international environmentAt ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS toolsKnowledge of Agile Project methodologies is a plusMajor skills and Competencies Team player, service-oriented, Solution-oriented, social skills and strong ability to work in a teamDynamic, results drivenAnalytical and synthetic, able to formalize solutionsAbility to analyse and problem solve user issues related to system design, process flows and SAP configuration, with consideration for other system impacts and implicationsAble to "think out of the box" and challenge the "As-Is" SAP technical skillsFair understanding of core SAP technical topics (Debugging, Fiori UX, Batch jobs…)Active listener, able to challenge requirements Strong oral and written communication skillsFluent in English, any other language is a plusAbility to work in a big, complex, and distributed organisationAble to convinceRigorous, autonomousAccountability and ReliabilityFlexible for occasional business travel (less than 10%)#LI-Hybrid #Barcelona Hub #Sanofi Hubs
