As a Night Manager, you’re not just overseeing overnight hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesManage nightly audits and reconciliation: Oversee the nightly audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controlsDrive financial reconciliation: Ensure complete and accurate posting and reconciliation of the day’s financial activity across departmentsEnsure payment integrity: Verify accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepanciesAnalyze and improve processes: Identify reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracySupport overnight operations: Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as neededInspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching,
