Responsibilities- Managing the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets, including cell towers, across EU markets.- Leading acquisitions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions.- Expanding Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by working with landowners and renewable energy developers.- Driving transactions and contributing to business growth.- Collaborating closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams.Requirements- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy developer environment- Strong background in renewable energy and real estate transactions- Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce- Willingness to travel across Europe- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skills- Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning- Proven ability to prioritize deal flow and apply sound business judgment- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills- Multilingual proficiency preferred- Strong interpersonal skills, respect for colleagues, and a positive sense of humor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
