In this role, you will be key in ensuring the optimal performance of our intralogistics solutions on‑site, directly contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your mission: To ensure maximum availability and performance of TGW automated systems at customer sites throughout their entire lifecycle by delivering outstanding technical support.What you’ll be handling:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipmentDiagnose and solve technical issues directly on‑siteTrain customers and key users on system operationSupport installations and, where required,
