- Manage design budgets and optimize resource use

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a focus on Highways
- Extensive PM/DM experience and leadership of multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- PMP certification would be an added advantage
