Job DescriptionThis is an opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic Industrialization Team within Operations focused on shaping the future based on the innovation of our products, new technologies and ways of working. The industrialization department’s mission is to guarantee the technical and digital means needed to execute manufacturing and test processes for space electronic equipment with excellent performance.Our way of working is built upon trust, collaboration, cooperation, autonomy, accountability and flexibility. Activities are split into missions whose set‑up is integrated into various space business areas: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).ResponsibilitiesDefine, specify, buy, deploy and support new industrial test means (climatic/vacuum test chambers and shakers) according to customer requirements and ergonomics standards.Lead continuous improvement of existing test means, implementing best practices to improve quality, cost and time, mainly increasing automation.Manage dedicated software (e.G. Lab View).Manage automations, PLC programming, HMIs, distributed systems, I/O controls and different communication protocols (TCP/UDP/IP, MOD-BUS, Ether CAT, etc.).Program autonomous controls (programmed relays, thermal control modules,
etc.).Program remote controls.Support and troubleshoot on the shop floor.Define and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for test equipment.Provide support to customers during vibration, vacuum and thermal test campaigns, including technical assessment and actively contributing to find adequate solutions.QualificationsHigher education (degree or master’s) in Aeronautics, Industrial, or Electronic Engineering.English proficiency; French is a plus.Digital mindset – automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators.Proactive, well organized, autonomous and with strong teamwork values.Orientation toward continuous improvement.Customer‑support approach, with openness and flexibility.Strong interest in the space business.Equal Employment OpportunityAirbus Crisa provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetics, pregnancy, marital status, veteran status or other legally protected status.
