Partner with business and IT stakeholders to foster continuous improvement, alignment, and scalable Agile adoption.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesCoach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile mindset, Scrum, and SAFe practicesEnable high-performing, self-organized, and autonomous Agile teamsFoster continuous learning, feedback culture, and continuous improvementSupport onboarding and scaling of Agile teams across programsPromote knowledge sharing through Agile communities of practiceScrum & SAFe ExecutionFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, RetrospectivesSupport SAFe events including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART SyncsEnsure alignment between team execution and program-level objectivesDrive consistent Agile ways of working across teams and external partnersFlow Optimization & Delivery SupportIdentify and remove impediments impacting team effectivenessOptimize flow using metrics such as lead time, cycle time,
