We are looking for a Project Manager for an important software company located in Barcelona.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end programme management of M&A GTM integration workstreams, from planning through ordinate cross-functional functional leads across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and related teams.Drive project timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and proactively solve issues.Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across senior leadership.Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting and communications.Manage meetings and workshops with international teams, including US-based stakeholders.Support continuous improvement of integration processes and ways of working.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in project or programme management within complex,



cross-functional environments.Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level communication.Strong understanding of business operations and go-to-market processes,Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.Fluency in English (written and spoken).Willingness to attend meetings with US teams up to 7–8pm CET.Experience in M&A integration or strategic transformation projects is a strong plus.We Offer:Opportunity to join a growing company continuously looking for new talent.6-month project with potential extension based on business needs.
