What You’ll Do

- Build,



maintain, and scale backend services and their support tools
- Participate in architectural definitions with a high degree of innovation and creativity
- Work closely with product and experience teams to understand product specifications and influence the roadmap for the distributed tracing product at New Relic
- Create automation and tooling to make our systems more scalable and easier to deploy
- Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach; teams build and maintain their own software, including participating in on‑call rotations
- Use AI tools to accelerate your development workflow, from writing and reviewing code to investigating production issues and helping the team adopt what works
