- Define multi-year roadmaps with Game Leadership to hit aggressive commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops with a data-driven growth focus, optimizing events and offers for LTV/ARPU
- Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization
- Oversee hypothesis-driven data work with A/B testing and KPI forecasting to de-risk decisions
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence




- Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- 6+ years of Product Management experience in free-to-play games (mobile, PC, or console)
- Proven track record of monetization and retention impact on live titles
- Analytical mastery with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in advanced analytics tools
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree valued
