Experteer Overview
You will lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end product data processes at ZF’s Barcelona location, enabling high-quality data across ERP, PLM, and related platforms. You will collaborate with integral stakeholders to harmonize processes, govern data, and drive adoption and digital maturity. The role focuses on translating requirements into actionable specifications, testing, and training to support data-driven decision making and the division's strategic objectives.

• Define and optimize end-to-end product data processes and related business use cases
• Translate business requirements into process definitions, functional specs, and system requirements
• Drive process harmonization, governance, and adoption across functions and regions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Technical Experts, IT, and business stakeholders for implementation
• Define test scenarios, plans, and cases based on requirements and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate functional, integration, and UAT testing and ensure readiness
• Document process definitions, best practices, testing outcomes, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge documentation




• Plan and deliver training sessions and enablement activities to raise adoption and digital maturity
• Support continuous improvement of product data tools, processes, and user adoption

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
• Experience in product data, process management, digital tools, ERP, PLM, MDM or similar environments
• Strong understanding of product data lifecycles and end-to-end processes across ERP/PLM
• Experience translating requirements into process definitions, use cases, and functional specs
• Experience supporting functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in international/cross-functional environments
• Experience with SAP, Windchill, Stibo STEP or similar PD platforms is advantageous
• Experience creating training materials and enabling initiatives is advantageous
• Fluent in English
