In your day-to-day work as an Insurance Administrator, your main duties will include:

- Providing attentive and professional customer service to clients inquiring about their policies or claims.

- Managing insurance claims from initial report to follow-up, ensuring smooth processing.

- Performing general administrative tasks to support the daily office operations.





- Communicating key information accurately to clients and relevant partners.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Fluent command of Spanish, as strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Good office software skills and general digital literacy for day-to-day administrative tasks.

- Prior experience in administrative work is valued, though training is provided.
