Responsibilities- Lead Arxada’s AI security strategy, target architecture, and multi-year roadmap- Define and enforce AI security governance and standards to enable secure-by-design adoption across platforms, data, and AI solutions- Build and continuously improve an end-to-end AI security program covering threat modeling, control frameworks, monitoring, and incident response- Drive AI risk management by identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks such as data leakage, model misuse, and prompt injection- Act as the central point of accountability for AI security, engaging stakeholders across business, IT, Legal, and other functions to align on decisions and drive execution- Translate complex security and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable frameworks aligned with business goalsRequirements- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security,



Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- Strong experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information security with accountability for digital or cloud security environments- Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, including model misuse, data risks, and adversarial threats- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization- Strong communication and program management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business impact- Relevant certifications such as CISSPCertifications & Qualifications- CISSP#J-18808-Ljbffr
